Questions
Straight answers for restaurant owners.
How much does Uber Eats charge restaurants?
Uber's marketplace fee on delivery orders depends on the package the restaurant chooses: about 20% on the Lite package, 25% on Plus (30% for Uber One member orders), and 30% on Premium.
What is the pickup fee?
Uber's pickup fee is 7% when the restaurant validates its in-store menu prices in Uber Eats Manager, otherwise 10%.
Can I change my Uber Eats package?
Yes, restaurants can switch packages at any time through Uber, and we can help review which one fits.
Are these your rates?
These are Uber's published rates and may vary by market. Restaurants should check their own rates in Uber Eats Manager.
What does Food Delivery Manager do?
We independently manage your restaurant's Uber Eats account. We develop strategic offers and promotions designed to attract new customers and increase your average order value.
What is the difference between active management and just having an account?
An account on its own is a listing: it exists, but nobody is working to grow it. Active management means someone is running the account for you and building offers and promotions to bring in new customers and lift the size of each order. That ongoing work is what we provide.
How much does it cost?
Management costs $500 per month.
What fees does Uber Eats charge?
Uber Eats keeps a commission on every order. For standard US delivery orders its marketplace fee is 20% on Lite, 25% on Plus (30% on Uber One member orders) and 30% on Premium. Pickup fees are 7% or 10%. Rates can vary by market, so check your own rate in Uber Eats Manager. The fee example on our home page shows what this means on a $20 order.
Do I pay extra for Uber ads?
Ads you run on Uber Eats, such as Sponsored Listings and targeted ads, are billed by Uber and are separate from our $500 monthly fee. On Uber's Premium plan, Uber matches up to $100 a month of the ad spend you make on Uber Eats, based on the previous month's spending, so you can start ads with part of the cost covered by Uber.

Our terms, including how long the agreement runs, are shared with you before you sign up.
How do I cancel?
We explain the cancellation steps and any notice period in the terms we share before you sign up.
What results can I expect?
